Registration packages include all convention activities and scheduled meals including registration, convention manual, opening reception, leadership breakfast, AAA luncheon (or guest outing), Karnea t-shirt, out-of-hotel event and Karnea banquet. There is a tiered registration fee schedule for Karnea.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations must be made prior to July 15 in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after August 7 will receive NO refund.

GUEST PROGRAM
Guests are invited to attend the Delt Foundation Golf Classic on Wednesday morning. Thursday will include a tour of The University of Pittsburgh’s Nationality Rooms and Heinz Chapel. Lunch and a tour of the $36 million “Dinosaurs in Their Time” exhibit will be at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History.

CHILDREN
The Fraternity will provide guests with local third-party childcare contacts and various child-friendly points of interest in Pittsburgh.

SPECIAL PRE-KARNEA EVENT
This memorable Karnea will celebrate and pay tribute to the eight founders from Bethany, West Virginia, who had the foresight and the wisdom to envision a future for thousands of Delts who have contributed to 150 years of growth and progress. They left us a legacy of which we can all be justifiably proud. On the evening of Tuesday, August 12, we will open the Karnea with a memorial service at Trinity Cathedral in downtown Pittsburgh.

BANQUET
The Karnea finale on Saturday, August 16, will be like no other as we “Look Beyond” to the next 50 years. Area alumni wishing to attend only the Saturday evening festivities can register for the “banquet only package” for $60.
